Moving can bring big emotions, especially moving from your lifetime home into a care facility. We manage the logistics and make it as simple as possible so you can focus on settling into your new space. From coordinating move services to hanging pictures in the new room, we’ll take care of it.
Room Details
We measure every wall, note locations of outlets and windows, and identify what is included with the room.
Selecting Items
We work with you to determine what furniture will best fit in the new room and what decor and photos will make it feel like home.
Paperwork
We double check that documents are signed and provided to the facility: medical forms, medication lists, contracts, and deposits.
Coordinating Services
We will coordinate and oversee services to pack and move your items. We are present during packing, pick up, and delivery.
Set Up
Movers will put your things in the right spot, but we’ll make it feel like home. We’ll arrange decor, hang pictures, install TV/internet, and make sure you have supplies to get settled in with ease.
Follow Up
We work with facility staff to ensure they are aware of all needs and are helping integrate you to the community. We check on you to make sure you are settling in well and getting the care you deserve.
